1. Click on Book Here in Navigation.
2. Choose NEW Customer. If you already have an account and are just scheduling service, choose CURRENT Customer. Please do not create more than one account.
3. The first page will be your (owner) information. Complete that section. This is where you will create your password. Your email is your ID. Save your ID and Password for future service requests.
4. After completing the first page, you must log in to your account using the email and password you created, to continue the account setup process.
5. Once in, the left side of the screen will be all the other tabs for forms that need to be completed. It is imperative that your pet's information be filled out. If you have more than one dog, please make sure to complete one for each.
Please do not add family members or friends' dogs to your account.
Once everything has been filled out, you can request services such as a required Meeting for local customers-Monday-Friday between 4:30-6:00 pm, Dog Boarding, and Dog Daycare. Within 24 hours, you will receive an email confirmation or decline, an invoice, and a letter summarizing our policy and other essential information. Please take the time to read the letter.
We do not accept walk-ins for any service, including meetings. Lastly, you will receive a phone call to discuss further details. Please read the policy page and have any questions ready.
