PET BOARDING PACKING TIPS

We want to ensure that your furry friend has a comfortable and stress-free stay with us. Here are some important guidelines to follow:

  • Pack your dog's food in disposable baggies, portioned for each meal, and with their name clearly labeled on each bag. We recommend bringing wet food to mix with their dry food (we'll add it here). If we provide wet food, there will be additional charges on your invoice. We can also administer any necessary medications or supplements with clear, written instructions. Please pack all these in disposable containers/bags with their name/s on them.
  • Treats, bones, rawhides, etc. are a good idea.
  • We will return your dog's leash to you upon drop-off, so please remember to bring it with you when you come to pick them up.
  • If your dog uses a bed or blanket, feel free to bring it along. Be sure to mark their name on each item with a permanent marker. Keep in mind that some dogs may chew on items, so it's best to bring a bed or blanket that is not too valuable.
  • Please text us when you are ten minutes out from dropping off or picking up. This gives us time to move pups around or to get your baby ready to leave. We will meet you at the outside gate on your right side. Do not come to the front door, knock, or open any gates.
  •  When dropping off your pup, it's advisable to act nonchalantly and avoid drawing attention to the situation. Too much fuss can cause anxiety as they observe your departure. Acting like it's a typical day is ideal and keeps them at ease.

Do not bring toys, bowls, crates, or anything more than what is listed here. Less is best.

VISITING YOUR PET

Unfortunately, it is not possible for owners to visit their pets during their stay with us. Here are some reasons why:

  • Firstly, your presence may cause anxiety for your pup, leading to excitement when you arrive and anxiety when you leave without them.
  • Secondly, having visitors on the premises is a liability.
  • Lastly, it is highly likely that your pet's behavior will change in your presence, which could create chaos among the other dogs staying with us.

We take pride in maintaining a peaceful environment for all pets in our care.

WHAT WILL YOUR PUPS STAY LOOK LIKE

Dogs are greeted individually by our caregivers, allowing them to decompress and settle in. Drop-off is calm and friendly, helping your pup feel safe and excited for the day ahead.

Indoor & Outdoor Playtime
Pups enjoy a mix of supervised indoor play and outdoor exploration. We rotate play groups to ensure dogs are matched by size, energy, and play style, creating positive social interactions.

Structured Activities & Basic Training
Throughout the day, we practice basic obedience, and enrichment activities. This helps stimulate their mind, reinforce good behavior, and keep them engaged.

Rest & Quiet Time
After active play, dogs have time to rest in a cozy, safe space. Quiet moments are important to recharge and reduce stress.

Afternoon Socialization & Exercise
Pups return to the yard for additional play, socialization, and exercise. Dogs are monitored closely to ensure safety and compatibility.

Pickup & Full Report
At the end of the day, we provide a detailed verbal report about your pup’s activities, mood, and interactions. Owners leave knowing their dog had a fun, safe, and fulfilling day.

DAYCARE + ASSESSMENT

Our daycare assessment is designed to give your pup a full day to acclimate to a new environment, meet our team, and interact safely with other dogs.

Your dog will start by spending time with a caregiver to decompress and get comfortable with people. We’ll explore both indoor and outdoor areas, practice a little basic obedience, and allow your pup to learn the layout of our facility.

Once settled, your dog will have a brief, supervised introduction to another dog behind a chain-link barrier. This allows us to observe body language, social cues, and comfort levels before any direct play.

If your pup shows friendliness and interest in playing, we’ll match them with a compatible playmate. If not, we’ll spend additional time helping them feel confident and relaxed. Some dogs acclimate within one visit, while others may need a few sessions to feel fully comfortable.
