To ensure a hassle-free experience when making a reservation, it's important to follow these steps in order. Skipping any of them will result in missing essential information.

Here's what you need to do

Navigate to the "BOOK HERE" tab.

  • If you are a new customer, select "NEW Customer Book Here." If you already have an account, choose "CURRENT Cust.  Avoid creating multiple accounts.
  • Fill in your information as the owner, including the password creation and email as your ID. Save your ID and password for future requests. If you experience difficulty resetting your password, send us a text.
  • After completing the first page, you must log in to your account to see the other pages/forms that need to be completed. Use the email and password you created to log in. This step is necessary to complete all other required pages.
  • On the left side of the screen, you'll see tabs for forms that need to be filled out. Be sure to provide ALL necessary information for your pet(s). If you have more than one dog, complete a form for each. It is necessary to upload your pup's vaccination record in the photo section - IN PHOTO FORMAT-NOT PDF. We are only able to offer services if your pet is up-to-date on Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper vaccines and the record is uploaded and kept current.
  • Once all the steps have been completed, you may book your service request in your account.
  • Make sure to add the start and end date, with drop off and pick up times in the start and end time boxes. You will receive an email confirmation or decline. You will also receive your invoice by email. You cannot make a payment online.
  • Once the service has been confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to hold the dates. Contact me directly to discuss the options: 570-992-6224.
  • For drop off and pick up, please text minutes out so we can maneuver the pups here and have everything ready for a smooth transition.
  • Keep in mind that you can check your account for invoice amounts, payments you have made, and dates and times you have scheduled. You can also make cancellations.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Please note that proof of ownership will be required via vaccination records; please do not add family or friends' dogs to your account.

Please DO NOT create more than one account. You can reset your password. If you have trouble with resetting, contact me directly.

Important Information to Consider Before Booking IOU's Services

  • Before booking, you can reach out to discuss details. It's important to note that IOU cannot accommodate dogs that exhibit aggressive behavior towards other dogs or people or those with severe separation anxiety.
  • Before your pet's first daycare session or boarding, we require a 15–20-minute meeting when possible. We are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM to meet. You will need to schedule the meeting in your online account and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
  • If we determine that our facility and services are suitable for your pet, you can schedule a daycare assessment without you present. Please be aware that there is an additional fee for the first daycare assessment. We highly recommend scheduling a daycare day before boarding to allow your pet time to get comfortable with our facility before their stay. Please select a day you can pick up your pet earlier if necessary. If your pet experiences severe separation anxiety, we advise against leaving them for extended periods. We'll keep you informed throughout the day and provide a full verbal report at pickup.
  • If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We're always happy to assist!

Guidelines for Boarding Your Canine Companion

We want to ensure that your furry friend has a comfortable and stress-free stay with us. Here are some important guidelines to follow:

  • Pack your dog's food in disposable baggies, portioned for each meal, and with their name clearly labeled on each bag. We recommend bringing wet food to mix with their dry food (we'll add it here). If we provide wet food, there will be additional charges on your invoice. We can also administer any necessary medications or supplements with clear, written instructions. Please pack all these in disposable containers/bags with their name/s on them.
  • Treats, bones, rawhides, etc. are a good idea.
  • We will return your dog's leash to you upon drop-off, so please remember to bring it with you when you come to pick them up.
  • If your dog uses a bed or blanket, feel free to bring it along. Be sure to mark their name on each item with a permanent marker. Keep in mind that some dogs may chew on items, so it's best to bring a bed or blanket that is not too valuable.
  • Please text us when you are ten minutes out from dropping off or picking up. This gives us time to move pups around or to get your baby ready to leave. We will meet you at the outside gate on your right side. Do not come to the front door, knock, or open any gates.
  •  When dropping off your pup, it's advisable to act nonchalantly and avoid drawing attention to the situation. Too much fuss can cause anxiety as they observe your departure. Acting like it's a typical day is ideal and keeps them at ease.

Do not bring toys, bowls, crates, or anything more than what is listed here. Less is best.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for owners to visit their pets during their stay with us. Here are some reasons why:

  • Firstly, your presence may cause anxiety for your pup, leading to excitement when you arrive and anxiety when you leave without them.
  • Secondly, having visitors on the premises is a liability.
  • Lastly, it is highly likely that your pet's behavior will change in your presence, which could create chaos among the other dogs staying with us.

We take pride in maintaining a peaceful environment for all pets in our care.
